GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING AND SALE
1.- Introduction
1.1.- These General Conditions of Contract are intended to regulate the contracting and reservation services of tourist accommodation products (camping, bungalow and mobile home), or the purchase and / or use of other services offered by the camping La Pineda de Salou, public campsite, classified 3 stars, no. RTC: KT-000085-84, owned by Gamite, SA, with registered office in La Pineda - Vila-seca (Tarragona), Ctra. De la Costa Tarragona a Salou, Km. 5, company registered in the Tarragona Mercantile Registry, Volume 897, Folio 147, Page T6062, and CIF A-08219735 (hereinafter the Camping), Tel. 977373080 and Fax 977373081. The terms "client" and "user" are used here to refer to all individuals and / or entities that for any reason they access the camping web pages: www.campinglapineda.com. and www.lapineda.com or use the services of contracting and booking the offer of accommodation and facilities of the Camping La Pineda de Salou.
1.2.- The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance and validity of each and every one of the terms and / or General Conditions that are considered automatically incorporated in the Entry and Registration Form to the Camping or in the contract that is signed, without the need for a written transcription in it, collected in the latest updated version of these General Terms and / or Conditions that are published on the Campsite web pages and in the Campsite Price List, exposed in the notice board of the Reception Office. For this reason, the holder of the reservation and / or invoice must consult the applicable rates and the conditions and rules of this page prior to accessing and / or using the services.
2.- Use of the services
2.1.- Customers undertake to use the facilities in accordance with the Law, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Contract Conditions. Consequently, they are obliged not to use the accommodations and services for illicit purposes or effects and/or contrary to what is established in these General Contract Terms and/or Conditions, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or that, in any way form, may damage the facilities and services of the Camping or its image. The holder of the invoice and/or legal representative will be responsible for the acts committed by their children or minors registered during their stay at the Camping.
In case of accessing the accommodations and facilities with a motorhome or motor vehicle, the driver and/or owner must have the corresponding driving license, compulsory insurance for vehicles established by current legislation and a valid insurance policy. that covers the own damages derived from climatological and extraordinary risks of the vehicle authorized to spend the night in the Camping. The car park does not have assistance or surveillance. Dogs are not accepted from August 1 to 20.
2.2.- The users and / or people staying at the Campsite must show the corresponding Entry Receipt and / or Identification Card at the request of the Campsite staff or at the access control, and must comply with and respect the Internal Regulations where the rights and duties of clients are regulated. Also respect especially the rules of road safety and traffic signs of the Campsite vehicles, the hours of silence at night and the selection of waste and collection of garbage generated among other aspects, aimed at avoiding accidents, promoting coexistence and quality of service. General Norms and particular provisions that are exposed to the Reception Office.
2.3.- The Management for reasons of force majeure, unforeseen, unavoidable or depending on the occupation may close, without prior notice, areas, services and facilities of the Camping and, for the benefit of users or when there are justifiable reasons, may unilaterally modify , at any time, the services provided, or the operating, technical and use conditions of the services and facilities. In the same way, users, in order to improve the service and establish an optimal level of quality, may suggest any modifications they deem useful, by contacting those responsible for the Campsite through the email address: admon @ campinglapineda. com.
2.4.- The client and / or user declares that they are of legal age (18 years) and have the necessary legal capacity to contract the products and services provided by the Camping in all sales and / or distribution channels. All the information that the client and / or user provides to the Campsite to formalize their registration and registration, reservation of places or to use the Campsite websites will be true, accurate and complete.
2.5.- The reservation of a plot or a camping accommodation is made on a strictly personal basis; Under no circumstances is it allowed to re-rent an accommodation or transfer the reservation without the express written consent of the campsite management. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. All reservations for more than 2 accommodations made by the same natural person or by different individuals but who know each other, who travel together and with the same motivations, and during the same dates are considered group.
All accommodations marketed by any channel are exclusively aimed at individual clients.
For group reservations, you must always contact, 14 days in advance of the day of arrival, by phone or email with the Reception and Customer Service Department. The campsite reserves the right to study the reservation request before accepting or rejecting it.
3.- Camping
3.1.- The number of camping places (pitches) to reserve per day are limited, therefore we recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible. No pet of a breed considered potentially dangerous or that is not a domestic animal will be accepted, it must be permanently tied and it can never be alone; being the owner responsible for the inconvenience and damages that it may cause. The owner must register and present at the Reception the required documentation, both governmental and health established by current legislation (L.10 / 1999 of 30-07-99).
3.2.- Once the reservation is received and the corresponding down payment is accepted, we will confirm it in writing or by e-mail; confirmation that you must present on the day of arrival and that constitutes the proof of your reservation. The amount received as payment and signal of the reservation is considered an amount paid on account of the total amount of the stay at the Campsite, that is, IT WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM THE TOTAL TO PAY from the Campsite invoice, once discounted, if it occurs. , bank and administrative expenses.
3.3.- The reserved plot will be available to the client from 12 noon and the campsite must be left before 12 noon, if it is done later, it will entail the payment of 1 additional day. The reservation will be kept until 22 pm on the expected day of arrival.
3.4.- In the event that the arrival is later than the contracted entry date (always prior communication to the Reception Department), and / or the departure is prior to the contracted or reserved date, the entire stay indicated in the confirmation will be accrued of the reservation and / or proof of entry; Consequently, with the ski pass rate and in the offers or promotions, the invoice corresponding to the entire stay contracted or reserved must be paid.
3.5.- The entry and exit dates stipulated in the reservation confirmation and / or entry receipt cannot be changed nor are they refundable with the ski pass rate and offers. Refunds / discounts are not offered for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
3.6.- The maximum occupancy per plot is 6 people and caravans and motorhomes of more than 5,50 m. length can only be installed in the plots of the central area of measurements and ideal surface to place the caravan or motorhome within the limits of the plot. When traveling with vehicles over 2,50 meters high, the driver will take the necessary precautions to avoid collisions or other accidents and must always circulate through the side streets located to the left and right of the entrance to the Camping to access or leave the assigned camping pitch / space.
3.7.- In High season advance reservations are not accepted with a stay of less than 3 nights, in Medium Season minimum 2 nights and the rest of seasons 1 nights, except Promotions, Bridges and Special Events.
3.8.- It is not possible to reserve a specific place in the Camping, only the type of plot must be specified and if it is for a tent, caravan or motorhome. The camping space is assigned by the Camping Administration on the day of arrival.
3.9.- The client and / or holder of the reservation must prove both their identity and that of their companions, by presenting valid ID's or Passports and will sign the necessary documents for their registration and registration. All clients staying at the Campsite understand and accept the General Contracting Conditions and the Internal Rules of the Campsite, documentation posted at the Reception Office.
4.- Bungalows and Mobil Homes
4.1.- The price per night includes all the people indicated in the reservation confirmation and parking for one car. Any extra vehicle must pay the corresponding supplement.
4.2.- A greater number of people (including children) than indicated as the maximum capacity of each type of accommodation is not allowed. Dogs or other animals are not allowed either.
4.3.- On the day of arrival, the reserved accommodation will be available from 16 pm. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left free before 10 am, if it is done later, it will entail the payment of 1 additional day. If you do not show up before 22 pm on the day of arrival, the Management reserves the right to cancel it and use the deposit received as payment of management and cancellation fees.
4.4.- In the event that the arrival is later than the contracted entry date (always prior communication to the Reception Department), and / or the departure is prior to the contracted or reserved date, the entire stay indicated in the confirmation will be accrued of the reservation and / or proof of entry; Consequently, with the ski pass rate and in the offers or promotions, the invoice corresponding to the entire stay contracted or reserved must be paid.
4.5.- Upon arrival at the Camping, a deposit of 100 euros must be made on a credit or debit card, as a guarantee of possible damage that it may cause. This deposit will be returned once the status and existence of everything has been verified.

The final cleaning of the bungalow is not included in the price and if it is not done, the client must pay 40 euros.

4.7.- The minimum stay in July and August is 2 or 3 nights for types A, B1, B2 and C5 and 3 or 4 nights for types C1, C2, C3, C10 and C20; with entry at 16:00 p.m. (4 in the afternoon) and departure at 10:00 a.m. (10 in the morning). In low season a minimum of 1, 2 or 3 nights depending on the type of bungalow or mobile home, except Bridges and Promotions.
4.8.- The entry and exit dates stipulated in the reservation confirmation and / or entry receipt cannot be changed nor are they refundable with the ski pass rate and offers or promotions. Refunds / discounts are not offered for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
4.9.- The client and / or holder of the reservation must prove both their identity and that of their companions, by presenting valid ID's or Passports and will sign the necessary documents for their registration and registration. All clients staying in a bungalow or mobile home understand and accept the General Conditions of Contract and the Internal Rules of the Camping, documentation displayed in the Reception Office. The sketch and description of the different models of bungalows and mobile homes do not constitute a contractual document.
5.- Payment method
5.1.- The holder of the reservation and / or invoice undertakes to satisfy on the day of arrival, at the time of formalizing their registration at Reception, the total amount of the invoice corresponding to the reserved or contracted period.
In accordance with national regulations, cash payments in excess of EUR 1000 are not accepted
6.- Modifications, Cancellation of Reservation and Returns
6.1.- The entry and exit dates stipulated in the reservation confirmation and / or entry receipt cannot be changed nor are they refundable. The reservation confirmation e-mail must always be verified and in case of identifying an error, the user must notify the Camping within 48 hours and the Reception Department will do everything possible to correct it. Any change or modification of a confirmed reservation is subject to the payment of € 25 for management expenses. All reservations will be confirmed in writing or e-mail once the amount of the reservation has been received within the established period. Otherwise, the Camping reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.
6.2.- Cancellation will also be understood as a reduction in the number of nights, a change in the type of accommodation or a change of ownership.
6.3.- Reservation cancellations must always be communicated in writing (fax 977373081) or by e-mail to clp@campinglapineda.com; Indicating the name of the holder of the reservation, number and date of confirmation of the reservation, reserved period and bank details or credit card number (if the payment was made by card) of the holder of the reservation, to process the return. Cancellations and refunds will always be processed by crediting the credit card (if the payment was made by card) or by bank transfer to the account of the holder, after a charge of € 40 for management expenses. Returns will be made within 3 business days following the date of acceptance and confirmation of the cancellation or refund by crediting the cardholder's credit card or bank transfer.
6.4.- Reservation cancellations requested more than 5 days before the arrival date, will proceed to the refund of 100% of the amount of the reservation, a charge of € 40 will be applied as compensation for management expenses . In non-refundable reservations, no refund or compensation will be applied.
6.5.- Reservation cancellations requested less than 6 days in advance of the arrival date stipulated in the reservation, will entail the loss of 100% of the amount delivered.
6.6.- Non-occupation of the reserved and / or hired plot, bungalow or mobile home will result in the loss of 100% of the amount paid.
7.- Right to Modify the General Terms and Conditions of Contract
7.1.- The Campsite reserves the right to update information on offers, rates, products, services and any other relevant information and to make changes at any time to our websites, as well as to these General Conditions, in the manner deemed appropriate. convenient, informing users of the modifications made through the Campsite websites and the notice board of the Reception Office.
8.- Property Law, Responsibility and Links
8.1.- All the contents of the websites www.campinglapineda.com and www.lapineda.com, including without limitation, their presentation of products and services, texts, images, brands, logos, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure and description of its contents), are the property of Gamite, S.A. or its suppliers and are protected by national and international standards of intellectual and industrial property.
8.2.- The Camping does not guarantee the continuity of the functioning of the websites, nor that they are operational and available at all times.
8.3.- The Camping is not responsible for direct or indirect damages, including damage to computer systems and introduction of viruses on the network, derived from Internet browsing necessary to use the websites.
8.4.- The inclusion of links to other websites does not imply that the Camping promotes, endorses or guarantees that website. The links or links included in the Campsite websites are only offered as informative references without any type of assessment of the contents, owners or services and products offered from them, nor is it responsible for their content.
9.- Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
9.1.- Any controversy arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Contracting and Reservation Conditions, as well as the relationship that may arise between the user and the Camping, will be interpreted under Spanish Legislation, all clients and users submit with resignation express to their jurisdiction or to any other that, where appropriate, may correspond, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona capital.
